• Volume Application: fan creation (pinch/off-the-strip), promades vs handmade, weight + diameter math for safe styling.
• Hygiene & Safety: sanitation/sterilisation, workstation setup, contraindications, patch testing, eye health.
• Lash Anatomy & Retention: growth cycles, bonding zones, environmental factors, aftercare that actually works.
• Business Setup: ABN basics, simple bookkeeping options, pricing & menus, policies (no-show/cancellation), booking systems, client consultations, consent forms, and content/marketing that converts & booking systems
